  • Do I need an account to place an order?

    Certainly, you can shop after creating an account. Moreover, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the following benefits:
    Track your orders and review past purchases
    Request an exchange or return directly from your account
    Add pieces you love or missed out on to your Wish List
    Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker in future

  • How do I reset my password?

    If you‘ve forgotten your password, request a link to reset it or follow the ‘Forgotten password’ instructions on the ‘Sign In’ page.

  • Can I amend or cancel an item from my order?

    Depending on the status of your order, it may be possible to cancel an item or change it to a different size. Please note, we’re unable to combine or add an item to an existing order.
    If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact the vendor/supplier or contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.

  • How Tajer works?

    Tajer, the growing Pakistani marketplace for digital services offers both buyers and sellers a digitally streamlined transactional platform. The term for a service offered by a seller on Tajer is displayed on Market space. When listing the products, sellers can choose their starting price point. This contain multiple price ranges and sellers can offer buyers various and tailored service packages. In this way, buyers can pick and choose from all that's offered according to their particular requirements.

  • How do I Sign up?

    Signing up with Tajer is free but only registered users can buy and sell on Tajer. When you sign up, select ‘become a seller’ to start product display. Almost anyone can find something within their skillset to sell on Tajer. Browse our various categories within apparel & accessories, see where your skills fit in, and decide how you want to sell. The best sellers don’t leave room for any misunderstandings and manage buyers' expectations well.

    Before you can create and sell on Tajer, you’ll be required to create a “seller” account.
    Please note that all sellers are reviewed during the sign-up and Market space creation process, and are subject to approval by Tajer.

  • How Ratings work?

    If your buyers’ expectations are met, or hopefully exceeded, you will receive a good rating from them—resulting in more buyer business in the future.

  • What is the Payment procedure?

    Buyers pay Tajer in advance. When an order is successfully delivered and completed, sellers receive 100% of the total order value. Tajer does not keep any margin from the payment.

  • What are the Payment methods?

    Tajer has a number of available payment methods.
    The different available payment methods are dependent on the type of device being used, your country of residence, and regulatory permissions.

  • Will my credit card be removed after a certain period of time?

    If your payment method is not being used consistently, our system will remove it. This is an automated process where we will remove the payment method if it isn’t used for over 7 months.

  • Account: How to change your location?

    Your location is set when you register your account and is determined according to the country from where you register.
    The same applies to the phone verification process. If you verify your phone from a different location, the location may change after completing the verification process.
    If the location on your account appears to be incorrect, please contact Customer Support.

  • Account: How to change your username?

    Sellers have the option to change their display name.
    Since username is your identity on Tajer, avoid frequent changes. If you would like to use another username, you will have to edit from profile dashboard.

    If you would like to use the email address associated with your current account for your new account, please change this email address to a different one prior to closing the account. Once you have successfully changed the email address in your existing account first, you can then go ahead and close the account.

  • Closing your account

    Before you go, please be aware that by deactivating your account, you may lose all the information related to your cumulative activity on Tajer.

    If you would like to use your existing email address for your new account, you must change the email address on your existing account first, and then close the account.

  • Blocked account

    If you find that your account is blocked, and are unsure why, this means that your account was reviewed by our Trust & Safety team, and deemed necessary to disable your account permanently.
    When your account is blocked, you will not be able to log into Tajer.com.

    If you have any funds available for withdrawal 90 days from the day your account was disabled, you will get an email with instructions explaining how to withdraw these funds.
    This email will be sent automatically, and there is no need to contact Customer Support in this case.

  • Restricted/disabled account

    This can occur if/when:
    Additional verification is required for your account
    Your account has been flagged for violations of Tajer’s terms & conditions

  • Activating a restricted account

    In order to activate a restricted account, please contact Customer Support.

  • Resetting your security question

    In order to reset your security question, please contact Customer Support.
    You will need to verify your phone number and other account details.

  • Verifying your identity

    At Tajer, we do our best to keep our community safe for everyone, which is why we routinely ask sellers to verify their identity with an official government ID—we will only ask this once.

    To verify your identity:
    You will need to add a photo of an official government ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) from a list of documents available to you—depending on your country of residence.
    After uploading your ID, you’ll be asked to upload a profile picture.
    Your profile picture and ID must match and belong to you in order to complete the process.

    Disclaimer: Only select sellers are eligible to use this feature, and will receive an invitation to join.
    A seller must be subscribed to the given plan which supports this feature for their products to be shown to most relevant and highlighted clients for better chances to be selected.

  • Viewing Market Space statistics

    Only subscribed users will be notified with this feature to see various statistics regarding your listed product.

    Buyers can provide a one to five-star review on the following questions:

  • Policies & safety: What kind of information will Tajer never ask me to provide?

    We may ask for a few things, but we will never ask for:
    Your password or sign-in credentials
    You to email us your password
    You to log into a site outside of the Tajer.com domain
    You to download or install an application

    If you receive any such request or message, please never download or run the applications or email attachments—they are definitely not sent from us.

    You can purchase products using a credit card or our integrated payment options.

  • Policies & safety: Why was my payment declined?

    Payments can be declined for a number of reasons. Make sure that:
    Your payment details have been entered correctly
    Your credit/debit card is valid (and not expired)
    You have available funds on your card

  • Invoices

    You will be notified with an email and Sms service with your invoice for a particular purchase.
